  Yesterday was FREE Ice Cream Cone Day at Dairy Queen. It has been advertised for about a month. I told my grandchildren I would take them as a special treat- I told them several weeks ago about this. There are several Dairy Queen’s in Bergen County, I decided to take them to 13 Kinderkamack Rd in Emerson. Upon arriving I spotted a “handwritten sign” on top of the “Free Ice Cream Cone” sign. It stated “must buy a Cone to receive a free one” Very disappointing that I took them to the ONE AND ONLY DQ in Bergen County who would charge you. I called each DQ located in Bergen County when the question was asked are your small cones Free? Each person answered “YES - it is FREE Ice Cream Cone Day! So disappointing!! Lost a customer for sure!!!

  Dairy Queen is a really nice place. All of the ice cream that you will get there is good. The employees are good and nice. The only problem is spacing, it's tight inside. But, overall very good place and nice to visit
